Enterprise program case studies

A closer look at four enterprise programs.

Each case explains the problem and what I did to move the work forward.

9+ yearsleading enterprise systems and data programs, with particular depth in utilities and regulated environments

01. PG&E Corporate Security analytics

Led PG&E Corporate Security's analytics portfolio.

Program Manager, Data & Analytics

The portfolio included forecasting, KPI and reporting design, data-quality planning, systems integration, and investment prioritization.

Why it mattered

Corporate Security relied on 20 recurring reports and data spread across multiple teams. Leaders needed a better way to compare site risk, assess countermeasures, track performance, and prioritize investments.

My role

I worked with security leaders and data owners to set priorities and build the analytics roadmap. I led the program and backlog; the technical team developed the forecasting models. Other work covered regional analysis, KPI and dashboard design, reporting review, and data-quality and integration planning.

Evidence

  • 54 forecasts across 18 site types and three activity categories
  • 20 recurring reports mapped across daily, weekly, and monthly cadences
  • ~$10M in annual prioritization and investment decisions informed

02. LinkedIn customer education platform

Launched a global customer education platform in six weeks.

Technical Program Manager, Customer Education Platform

I led the Skilljar implementation from roadmap through launch, then owned the work that kept it running.

Starting point

LinkedIn's customer-learning content lived in separate tools and workflows. The company needed one global platform that could scale without adding more administrative work.

My role

I led a 10-person team that launched Skilljar in six weeks. I owned the roadmap, implementation, migration, and post-launch operations. After launch, I established release and incident playbooks and expanded self-service administration.

Results

  • 70K+ users served
  • 6 weeks to MVP
  • $300K+ planned vendor spend avoided
  • 99.9% uptime supported
  • ~40% less content-management effort

03. PG&E regulated reporting, current role

Leading PG&E's New Business Energization reporting under SB 410 and AB 50.

Senior Program Manager, New Business Energization & Regulatory Reporting

The work requires operations, analytics, regulatory, Legal, and reporting teams to agree on the data and resolve filing issues.

Current challenge

The filing draws on operational data that is incomplete or interpreted differently across teams. The record must still be accurate, explainable, and submitted on time.

What I lead

I define acceptance criteria, coordinate quality reviews, assign remediation owners, and raise issues that need leadership decisions. I also help turn the underlying data into a clear regulatory narrative.

Current focus

The immediate goal is a defensible filing, with data problems assigned and escalated before they become deadline risks.

04. ERP modernization at Chelan County PUD and DENSO

Led ERP work before selection at Chelan and before launch at DENSO.

At Chelan, I structured Finance and Procurement discovery and vendor evaluation. At DENSO, I led Oracle EBS training, UAT support, and launch readiness.

Chelan County PUD

Led Finance and Procurement discovery and produced 25+ current-state process maps, usually the same or next day. I also built demo scripts, scoring tools, and question logs so vendors could be evaluated consistently.

DENSO

Led training and readiness for Oracle EBS Order Management. I produced 350+ training slides, trained 60+ users, and coordinated DENSO experts with IBM through UAT and launch preparation.

Outcomes

Chelan left with documented processes and a consistent vendor scorecard. DENSO had role-based guidance, tracked issues, and trained users ahead of launch.
